TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ELIGIBILITY & ACCEPTANCE

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into binding contracts under Indian law.
• By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.
• Continued use after updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. COMPANY & BUSINESS MODEL

• ZyphoraTech operates as a technology dropshipping retailer. We do not manufacture, warehouse, or directly ship most products.
• Orders are fulfilled by verified third-party suppliers, distributors, and logistics partners across India and/or internationally. We coordinate inventory, pricing, and customer support but rely on partners for physical fulfillment.
• All transactions are conducted in Indian Rupees (₹) and comply with applicable Indian e-commerce, consumer protection, and tax regulations.

3. PRODUCTS, PRICING & AVAILABILITY

• Stock & Availability: Due to the dropshipping model, product availability is dynamic and subject to real-time supplier inventory. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders if items become unavailable after purchase.
• Pricing: Prices are displayed in INR and may include or exclude GST as clearly stated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or system glitches, and may cancel affected orders with full refund.
• Product Representation: Images, specifications, and descriptions are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in packaging, color, or minor features due to manufacturer revisions or regional variants.

4. ORDERING, PAYMENT & ORDER CANCELLATION

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification and supplier stock validation.
• Accepted payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, digital wallets, and Cash on Delivery (where available). All payments are processed through RBI-compliant, PCI-DSS certified gateways.
• You may cancel an order before dispatch for a full refund. Once shipped, cancellations fall under our Return & Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to refuse, hold, or cancel orders suspected of fraud, commercial resale, bulk purchasing, or violation of these Terms.

5. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK

• Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery typically ranges from 5–15 business days within India, depending on supplier location, courier networks, and regional logistics. These are estimates, not guarantees.
• Tracking & Updates: Tracking information will be provided via email/SMS once the supplier dispatches the order.
• Delays & Force Majeure: ZyphoraTech is not liable for delays caused by weather, strikes, courier disruptions, customs clearance (if applicable), incorrect addresses, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of Loss: Risk transfers to you upon successful delivery to the address provided. Inspect packages upon receipt and report visible damage or missing items within 24 hours.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & WARRANTY

• Return Window: In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and E-Commerce Rules, 2020, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, wrong, or materially different from the listing.
• Return Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and intact security seals. Return shipping costs for non-defective items may be borne by the customer.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
• Warranty: Electronics carry manufacturer warranties as specified on the product page. ZyphoraTech facilitates warranty claims but does not provide independent warranties. Software, firmware, compatibility, or user-induced damage is not covered.
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain electronics (e.g., sealed software, intimate tech wearables, custom-configured devices, or items with broken hygiene/security seals) may be non-returnable, as clearly stated at checkout.

7. USER ACCOUNTS & SECURITY

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities under your account are your responsibility. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or commercial resale activity.

• All content, trademarks, logos, product images, software, and site architecture are owned by ZyphoraTech, its suppliers, or licensors.
• Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, redistribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

9. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Site.
• Resell products without explicit authorization.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent payment/account information.
• Interfere with Site functionality, security, or supplier networks.
• Use electronics in violation of Indian safety standards, licensing laws, or manufacturer guidelines.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS

• The Site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation.
• To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, ZyphoraTech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from product use, delivery delays, supplier failures, or third-party services.
• Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
• Electronics involve inherent technical risks. Always follow manufacturer guidelines, especially regarding power adapters, batteries, data security, and ventilation.
